There is nothing quite like the smell of coffee in the morning. For most of us, the morning doesn’t start until we finish that first cup. When I started keto, I mourned the loss of my coffee. So many seasoned ketoers said to get used to drinking it black but what kind of a life is that? Even though I follow a strict version of keto where I track macros, weigh food and consume higher protein than fat doesn’t mean there isn’t room for an indulgence…or two. This cup is the perfect combination of creamy and sweet!
My recipe for the perfect cup:
12 ounces of hot water (the size of a Starbucks Tall)
1 TBSP of coffee
30ML of heavy whipping cream
20ML of Jordan’s Skinny Syrups ( I don’t use a full serving because it’s too sweet)
